Welcome to day 26 of the 30 Days of Gratitude!

Today I am grateful for The 5 Love Languages!  I wish I had learned them a lot earlier to know how to use them to administer my self care.

I am so grateful to now have and to be able to use this knowledge.  I have also written several posts regarding how to use the 5 Love Languages in self care.  The first one What is your primary language?  helped you to find your primary and secondary love languages.  While the others gave suggestions on how to use the love language in your self care.

5 Physical Touch Self Care Techniques
5 Acts of Service Self Care Techniques
5 Receiving Gifts Self Care Techniques
5 Quality Time Self Care Techniques
5 Words of Affirmation Self Care Techniques

Learning the 5 love languages really has changed the way I live.  I think about this more and more when I interact with people I know.  I find myself now analyzing to discover each of my friends’ or family members primary love language.

Life is definitely interesting  when discovering the love languages of those around you.  Learning how to love others should always be a high priority in life.  I am so very grateful for the 5 Love Languages for teaching me how to do just that.
