Welcome to day 25 of the 30 Days of Gratitude!

Today I am grateful for my Gratitude Journal.  I try to sit down and write about what I am grateful for each day.  From the beautiful weather to the great memories that were made

Sometimes I have lessons I’ve learned to write about or being able to accomplish a small goal I had set for the day.

Regardless of how large of small the thing is that we are grateful for, the point is that we are grateful.

I think that when we write these gratitudes down, we are keeping record for later when we find ourselves in a period of time where we are suffering.  A time when we don’t really feel that we have a lot to be grateful for.

I have used many of the commercial Gratitude Journals, but in the end I have really just stuck with a plain ole journal with a pretty cover ( like this).

I find if my journal is handy and nice looking I will write in it more often.  I love to catalog my gratefulness so why not put it all in a pretty book.  I am so grateful for a place to log my gratitudes.
