Welcome to day 24 of my 30 Days of Gratitude.

Today, I am very grateful for my Fitbit activity tracker.  I love having the ability to track my activity, water consumption, weight loss, and sleep patterns.

I absolutely love my Fitbit.  I have the Versa 2 (this one) I never leave home with it.

There are great community features like challenges you can invite your friends to and badges you can earn.  I have participated in many group challenges.  Being competitive by nature these challenges help to keep me on track and moving forward.

Keeping track of my sleep patterns has helped me to see when I was more stressed out or more anxious. During what circumstances my sleep patterns were better.

I can also keep track of my food and water.  I can keep up on my meditations.  I can even keep track of my cycles.  There are so many features that I couldn’t even name them all.

I am just so grateful for my productive gadget that helps keep me accountable to my goals and the things I need to do to keep me healthy.
