Welcome to day 30 of the 30 Days of Gratitude!

Today and everyday, I am Grateful the potion made of magical beans that brings me back to life each morning, Coffee!

When I first started drinking coffee it surely was not for the taste.  Soon I discovered flavored creamers.  During that time of my life coffee was the vehicle for the creamer.

Over the last few years I have moved away from all that and now use just a little heavy cream and some stevia based sweetener.    Other days I’ll add more to my coffee,  like protein powder and MCT oil.

I really am excited for my coffee everyday.  I really enjoy my coffee during my quiet time in the morning.   I am so grateful for this beverage that warms my belly and perks me up in the morning.
