Affirmations are positive little phrases we tell ourselves to change our thought patterns. At the time that we begin to tell ourselves these affirmations we may not believe them to be true statements. Over a short amount of time as our minds begin to believe these positive things we say, they begin to become true statements. I know that is may not appeal to everyone, but it is worth a try to help change our mindset.
The more we tell ourselves positive things the less room the negative things have to multiply and grow. Flood your mind with these affirmations. Spend 10 minutes 2 to 3 times daily repeating them to yourself either out loud or quietly with a lighthearted tone.
I have the power to create change in my life.
My happiness is my responsibility.
I carry my strength and resilience with me.
I am grateful for every blessing I have received.
Today is the best day of my life.
By the end of this month you will notice that your thought patterns have shifted away from the negative and more towards the positive. You may even feel more motivation to do the things you have been wanting to do.
