5 Affirmations to Change Your Thinking.

Affirmations are positive little phrases we tell ourselves to change our thought patterns. At the time that we begin to tell ourselves these affirmations we may not believe them to be true statements.  Over a short amount of time as our minds begin to believe these positive things we say they begin to become true statements.  I have decided to make this a monthly post with five new affirmations each month.  I know that is may not appeal to everyone, but it is worth a try to help change our mindset.

The more we tell ourselves positive things the less room the negative things have to multiply and grow.  Flood your mind with these affirmations.  Spend 10 minutes 2 to 3 times daily repeating them to yourself either out loud or quietly with a lighthearted tone.

I release any resistance in me to accept my good.

I forgive myself for what I did not know.

I am grateful for all that I receive. 

I am worthy of love and am loved.

I am constantly learning new things.

By the end of this month you will notice that your thought patterns have shifted away from the negative and more towards the positive.  You may even feel more motivation to do the things you have been wanting to do.  I hope that you all can return to this post at the end of 30 days and share how much you have noticed a positive change.
