August Goals Week 2

Another week working on my August Physical Health Goal.  What a journey this has turned out to be.  I’m glad that I am putting these habits back into place.  Some days though I think I have is down.  Other days I’m not sure how I’m going to make it.

I know giving myself grace and remembering that I am only human, while pushing forward to the next gulp of water, workout or meal, is how I am going to make it.

I have switched up my 1 mile walk away the pounds video for walking 2.5 miles outside.  Usually August is our warmest month, but it doesn’t seem so bad with the gentle breezes.  I also go walking in the morning when it is cooler.  Walking outside has always helped me declutter my mind and focus on one thing at a time.  The end result is usually a better focus and confidence after a few days.  I am already noticing these happening.
