It is absolutely crucial to have goals. Goals give us direction and something to strive for. Many of us have goals that we don’t outwardly say or write down to make them “official”, but we have them none the less. Some of us actively envision our goals on a daily basis to manifest them into reality. Some of us just Dream our dreams but never take the steps to make them come true.
A few years ago I decided to have 1 big goal for the month instead of many goals. My Big goal for this month is to Move that Body. Now there will be smaller goals that correlate with the large goal. This will help me to accomplish my master goal for this month and to set into my routine what needs to continue from there.
To Move that Body I must:
Be consistent. On a daily basis I will get a workout in. Some days I’ll get in a long walk, some days a short one. On rainy days I’ll workout inside.
Additions. I will also make large baches of Good Girl Moonshine, this seams to give me energy. The recipe is on my Journey to Health page. I have many workout videos and have many interests in workouts. I would like to try one new exercise this month.
Keep improving I want to keep motivated by rewarding myself. I love trying new hobbies. I love house plants. Instead of rewarding myself with yummy goodies, I want to reward myself with craft classes, houseplants, stationary, solar light garden decor, garden seeds, workout equipment, and craft supplies.
