My Goal for April 2025

It is absolutely crucial to have goals.  Goals give us direction and something to strive for.  Many of us have goals that we don’t outwardly say or write down to make them “official”, but we have them none the less.  Some of us actively envision our goals on a daily basis to manifest them into reality.  Some of us just Dream our dreams but never take the steps to make them come true.

A few years ago I decided to have 1 big goal for the month instead of many goals.  My Big goal for this month is to Detox from Sugar.  Now there will be smaller goals that correlate with the large goal. This will help me to accomplish my master goal for this month and to set into my routine what needs to continue from there.

To Detox from Sugar I must:

Be consistent. On a daily basis I will drink a 16 ounce glass of water with 1-2 Tablespoon each of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.  I will refrain from eating sugary treats and candy.  

Additions.  I will also make large baches of Good Girl Moonshine.  The recipe is on my Journey to Health page.  I know I will have cravings for sugar, so I will keep things like Oikos Triple zero yogurt, berries, and fruity herbal teas available to ease those cravings.

Keep improving  I want to keep motivated by rewarding myself.  I love trying new hobbies.  I love house plants.  Instead of rewarding myself with yummy goodies, I want to reward myself with craft classes, houseplants, stationary, solar light garden decor, and craft supplies.
